We want you to be confident before you commit. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Intel Core Strata subscriptions.
New accounts get a free trial (length stated at checkout). You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.
You can cancel at any time via the in-app billing portal (Billing → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to the Service until that date.
If you reside in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge for any reason and receive a full refund of that charge.
However, by accessing the dashboard during the cooling-off period you expressly request immediate performance of the Service. Where you have substantially used the Service before requesting a refund, we may pro-rate the refund to reflect the value already delivered.
Outside the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. We will, however, consider good-faith refund requests in cases of:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
If a renewal payment fails (expired card, declined transaction), we will keep your account active for a 3-day grace period during which Stripe automatically retries the charge. You can update your payment method at any time via Billing → Manage subscription. If the card cannot be charged after the grace window, access is suspended until billing is restored.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is almost always faster to resolve directly. Accounts with successful chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
